Our journey in the construction and development sector began in 1975, when our father laid the foundation with GMM Constructions. Building on that legacy, I, Suriya Srinivasa, launched Surya & Co. in 2000, expanding into commercial, residential, interior design, and turnkey projects. To bring more structure and scale to our growing operations, Stencil Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2014. This marked our transition into a full-fledged corporate entity, focused on delivering high-quality, client-centric developments that combine aesthetic excellence with practical design.
Over the years, we’ve successfully completed 30+ projects, each tailored to meet specific client needs while upholding our core values of integrity, innovation, and quality.
